Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We use the UPS, FedEx, Bluedart, DHL, DTDC, Delhivery, eCom carriers to deliver our orders. If a tracking details provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class UPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal. For Delivery it may take approx. 5-10 days.
Return
We suggest you record a video of unboxing the delivered packet by clearly covering all sides/edges to prove that the packet has not tempered before. Returns must be dispatched within 3 days from the day your order is delivered will only be eligible for a refund back to your original payment method. You can call or email us for return request. Our team will review and process your return request. We always believe hassle-free services to our customers. If we find that the request is valid, complete money will be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
Exchange
Love it, but need a different size or color, or pattern? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 3 days of the order delivery date. Exchanges are always free! PLEASE NOTE: Creating an exchange on our site does not guarantee inventory is held for exchanges; there is a possibility that inventory will sell out. You have to pay the normal courier charges for the product exchange fee. Please contact Customer Care.
Refund
Refunds will be initiated by within 1-2 business days of receiving the product back at our end. Once the refund process is initiated from our end it will take the following number of days to reflect in your account.
Refunds Via Online Payments (Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking):
- Netbanking: appx 3 working days
- Debit Card: appx 7 working days
- Credit Card: appx 9 working days
- All Wallets (paytm, googlepay, phonepe and etc.)
Refunds for COD payments: In case of COD payments, you can apply for a refund to your BANK ACCOUNT ONLY, which will reflect in your account within 3-7 working days after initiating the same.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/card/wallet statement again.
- Then contact your credit card/bank/wallet company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
